Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, IT agreements, and supply chain agreements
Advise on privacy and data protection matters, including privacy-related contract terms and compliance with applicable U.S. privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA and other state privacy statutes)
Provide legal support for real estate-related matters, including agreements connected to land acquisition, development, construction, property operations, and homebuilding activities
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
4+ years of legal experience, with experience in commercial contracting and privacy-related agreements
Preferred
Understanding of Real-Estate space preferred
Coming directly from a law-firm into first in-house position preferred
