Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic communications advisor to business partners, helping translate complex information into compelling strategies and deliverables

Design and produce high-quality communications and media from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clarity

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Support HR strategy execution by crafting communications that enhance the employee experience and drive engagement with key initiatives

Required

Knowledge of techniques and media for organizational communication; ability to utilize relevant tools to communicate information about the organization internally and externally

Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors

Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan

Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner

Being proactive and committing to action on self-identified job responsibilities and challenges; ability to seek out work and the drive to accomplish goals

Preferred

Degree or equivalent experience desired

Communicator with HR experience would be a plus

Strong tech acumen – Leveraging AI, Solid PPT skills – ability to take ideas and represent them visually

Multi-media content creation a plus (video, etc.)

Strong strategically, takes initiative and self-starter. Big-picture thinker, highly collaborative who builds trust with stakeholder / business partners
