Responsibilities

Daily interaction with stakeholders, project team members, and ELECT staff
Attendance at virtual and in-person project meetings daily
Management of project performance metrics and recording of data in CTP
Work in conjunction with members of the ELECT SVRS project team
Oversee coordination of SVRS project calendar
Conduct briefings on SVRS project status to internal and external audiences, including the Interagency Oversight Committee

Qualification

PMP CertificationRisk ManagementProject ManagementMicrosoft Office SuiteClient-facing CommunicationOrganizational Skills

Required

Active Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Documented risk management experience
Successful completion of a Category 1 or 2 client's project of $5M or more, or completion of a non-COV project with a value greater than $10M as PM of record
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent client-facing and internal communications skills, written and verbal
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Familiarization with the Technology Portfolio highly desirable
