Responsibilities
Develop dynamic APEX reports and support Oracle Database 11+ features
Create and maintain database objects (tables, indexes, triggers, sequences, etc.)
Work with PL/SQL, Java, PowerShell, and Unix shell scripting
Manage and manipulate unstructured data (BLOB, CLOB, JSON, XMLType)
Integrate BI Publisher templates and web services
Migrate Oracle Forms applications to modern, secure APEX applications
Develop APIs and external system integrations
Deliver workflow-centric enterprise applications and create automation logic
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years of experience, master's with 10–13 years, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Strong experience with secure Oracle development, HTTPS callouts, and security certificates
Proficiency in Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, JavaScript, SQL Developer, Toad, and scripting tools
