Responsibilities
Intelligently match millions of candidates and companies with our unique and proprietary data source driven by recruiters
Design monetary and social incentives to define how recruiters should work and help them earn more than ever
Build core tooling to power recruiter workflows and enable accurate candidate matching (AI notetaker, email sequencing, chrome extension, etc.)
Create a new paradigm for how candidates find their dream job via recruiters and lay the foundations to build the next LinkedIn
Hack away at creative ways to acquire marketplace liquidity in new industries like Legal, Finance, and Healthcare
Qualification
Required
3+ years software engineering experience; proven record of shipping user-facing product
Strong TypeScript + React experience; Python a plus
Experience designing scalable systems and working across the full web stack
High agency, crisp communication, and product taste with deep user empathy
Comfortable being scrappy to get value in customers' hands fast—and then hardening for scale
