Directs multi-disciplinary teams for product quality planning, corrective action, and continuous improvement activities
Determines personnel and resource needs for quality assurance program
Communicates with customers and subcontractors regarding quality requirements
Performs other duties that may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven experience 6-10 years in quality management
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions quickly
Ability to deal with several abstract and concrete variables at the same time
Ability to analyze and interpret standards, procedures, and regulations
Ability to effectively present written and verbal information to management, customers, subcontractors, and employees
Ability to write procedures, reports, and correspondence
Ability to understand production processes and their effect on product quality
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, design of experiments
Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and statistics to practical quality control situations
