Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and development of scalable, secure, and performant systems that modernize legacy platforms

Implement and extend SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery and reduce custom development

Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver business-aligned solutions

Apply rapid prototyping, iterative development, and pragmatic decision-making to drive outcomes

Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards

Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in Gen AI, cloud-native development, and platform engineering

Mentor the software engineering team to adopt best practices and agile/iterative ways to deliver solutions
