Drive the full user lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention, by designing and executing product-driven operational strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Data, and Engineering) to translate business objectives into operational plans that support growth, user activity, and revenue targets
Build scalable, data-driven processes and frameworks that enable precise and efficient product operations; continuously refine tools and methods to support long-term growth
Design and run rapid experiments to validate new growth opportunities, improve product adoption, and enhance user experience through iterative testing and optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in product operations or related roles in the internet/tech industry
Strong understanding of product lifecycle and user behavior, with proven ability to design and execute operational strategies
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills; able to align stakeholders around shared goals
Highly goal-oriented and resilient under pressure, with strong market awareness, creative problem-solving skills, and sensitivity to industry trends
Passion for financial services, internet, and AI industries; experience or interest in U.S. stock investment is a plus
