Responsibilities

Serve as a senior contracts analyst providing expert, day-to-day support to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) in the execution of a complex task order under the AMCOM EXPRESS IDIQ contract

Assist the COR in all contractual and financial matters by continuously monitoring expenditures and burn rates

Process contractor invoices for COR validation

Track funding documents

Verify all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards

Review contractor personnel resumes to ensure they meet the education and experience requirements stipulated in the task order

Proactively identify performance risks for the COR's attention

Review contractor reports for compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Provide direct administrative support by maintaining the official COR file in an audit-ready state

Draft contractual correspondence on behalf of the COR

Act as a key liaison between the COR, the prime contractor, and the Contracting Officer to facilitate clear communication
