Business Development Representative (BDR)
Envoy Global is a proven innovator in the global immigration space, and they are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support their Sales Team. The role involves building a sales pipeline, sourcing new customers, and qualifying leads to facilitate meetings with Account Executives.

Responsibilities
Uncovering, qualifying, and building the sales opportunity pipeline
Sourcing and targeting new customers by cold calling via phone and email
Applying creative lead generation tactics to uncover potential sales prospects
Qualifying leads by connecting with potential clients and identifying decision makers at the Executive and C-level
Gaining commitment from prospects to virtually meet with an Account Executive via a web-based presentation to demonstrate our product
Maintaining records of all interactions with qualified prospects using Salesforce.com
Qualification
Required
Relevant sales experience or natural flair for honest sales, with integrity and an excellent ability to build rapport, with sincerity
Strong desire to gain hands-on sales experience including effective targeting, lead generation, and relationship development
Excellent written + verbal communication, and presentation skills
High-energy, results-oriented personality with a positive attitude and approach
Ability to quickly learn complex subjects and communicate them in a simple manner
Preferred
Experience with one or a combination of sales system tools is a plus, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Zoominfo, etc
