Responsibilities
Working with stakeholders to determine requirements for external IT services, overseeing and coordinating contracts, and ensuring compliance with policies
Designs and implements service level agreements (SLAs) and underpinning contracts for services offered, develops relevant reports for managing and reporting SLA adherence to relevant stakeholders
Assists with ecosystem of third-party providers, including supply chain health and invoicing/billing procedures, manages quality and security levels, and optimizes for efficiency and costs
Responds to and manages events using defined processes and behaviors, engages with relevant stakeholders
Analyzes vendor performance and optimizes all contracts and services for efficiency and cost benefits
Qualification
Required
Significant experience developing and reporting on vendor SLAs for optimal vendor performance
Strong skills in managing vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective technology solutions
Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
Experience in IT financial management and leveraging tools to drive cost optimization
Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; minimum of 3 years of experience
Significant experience with the IT vendor and asset procurement process
Technical aptitude with strong PC literacy skills
Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software environments
