Responsibilities
Oversee and guide engineering projects for crane production from concept through execution
Lead daily operations and ensure team productivity, quality, and efficiency
Collaborate with company leadership to support strategic growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required
8–10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, ideally within cranes, conveyors, or forklifts
Proven leadership experience managing a team of 3–5 engineers
Strong organizational skills and experience streamlining engineering processes and systems
Experience with AutoCAD Mechanical and Inventor
Oversee and guide engineering projects for crane production from concept through execution
Lead daily operations and ensure team productivity, quality, and efficiency
Collaborate with company leadership to support strategic growth initiatives
