Lead SOC teams (L1, L2, and SIEM engineers) for continuous monitoring and response
Oversee day-to-day SOC operations including ticket management, SLA adherence, shift governance, and reporting
Maintain dashboards and operational metrics for SOC performance
Conduct in-depth security investigations using SIEM, EDR, system logs, memory analysis, and network telemetry
Ensure effective incident analysis, escalation, and resolution
Qualification
Required
8–12 years of hands-on experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) environments
Strong expertise in SIEM tools, EDR platforms, and incident investigation
