T-Mobile Sales Assistant
Merchant Row is a Philadelphia-based sales and marketing agency that partners directly with T-Mobile to represent their business products and services. The T-Mobile Sales Assistant will engage with local business owners, introduce T-Mobile’s services, and support the sales process through professional customer interaction.
Responsibilities
Represent T-Mobile professionally as part of the Merchant Row team
Meet business customers in person at local locations
Explain T-Mobile business products, plans, and services clearly
Answer questions and help businesses understand their options
Support customers through sign-ups and service selections
Identify opportunities to recommend upgrades or additional services
Work closely with senior sales team members on qualified opportunities
Maintain basic records of customer interactions and daily activity
Qualification
Required
Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with people in person
Professional and reliable
Willing to learn and take coaching on board
Organised and able to follow simple processes
Interested in building a career in sales, account management, or leadership
Preferred
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions is helpful but not required
