Responsibilities
Help investors fund their next great deal
Streamline workflow and help close more deals through dedicated underwriting, processing, and sales/marketing teams
Generate consistent, qualified deal flow through in-house marketing and proven systems
Focus on relationships and deal origination with access to CRM, analytics, and full operational support
Participate in continued mentorship, product training, and market strategy sessions to expand expertise and network
Qualification
Required
Must live in the local metro area
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable managing your own pipeline
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a strong drive to exceed goals
Preferred
2+ years of lending, mortgage, or real estate sales experience preferred
A current book of business or established relationships within the local real estate investor community is highly desired
