Enablement Specialist
Viewpost is a company focused on improving the payment processes for businesses, aiming to close the digital payment gap. The Enablement Specialist will engage vendors through high-volume outreach to convert them from paper check payments to electronic payment methods, ensuring a smooth transition and educating them on the benefits of these options.

Responsibilities
Execute a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily to educate and enroll vendors in ACH or VCC payment programs
Follow structured outreach cadences (calls, voicemails, emails, and follow-ups) to maximize vendor engagement
Utilize research and tools to identify key vendor contacts and decision-makers
Represent Viewpost with confidence while presenting our vendor value propositions for electronic forms of payment
Adopt and leverage internally built tools to organize and track your daily tasks
Consistently meet goals for performance and outreach
Work curated queues of opportunities, pivoting to specialized campaigns with targeted timelines when necessary
Maintain and update vendor information and payment preferences accurately
Collaborate with internal teams on system improvements and new customer and vendor experience
Contribute to internal process improvements to promote efficiency, effectiveness, profitability
Work with account management team to provide feedback regarding new customers and vendors
Attend bi-weekly team meetings and weekly 1:1 session
Work closely with Sales, Support, Account Management and Payment Operations teams to understand company objectives, increase revenue and mitigate operational impact
