Responsibilities
Provide support to the Valley Forge MGSE Tooling design engineering team on a variety of administrative and technical tasks
Gathers, maintains and formats collected data for tracking and presentation
Produces engineering documentation such as acquisition requests (AR), status reports and design drawing modifications
Support the Valley Forge MGSE Design team with fabrication initialization and follow through tracking to final delivery to the shop floor
Facilitate communication and support between Suppliers and engineering teams
Design MGSE Tooling under the guidance of the MGSE Tooling team
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of a scheduling program such as MS Project, JIRA or similar
Commercial Procurement experience
Experience with 3D solid modeling software such as CREO or SOLIDWORKS
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Experience throughout engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test and operational deployment)
