Responsibilities
Coach, mentor, and train your team through structured 1:1s, performance reviews, and data‑driven insights
Develop and execute territory and major account plans, collaborate with marketing, and ensure CRM accuracy
Serve as escalation point for complex issues, deliver tailored presentations, and build strong relationships with key accounts
Monitor sales activities, generate reports, manage schedules, and flex across roles to maintain service levels
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and orienting new team members
Leverage CRM systems and AI‑driven tools to enhance productivity and customer experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of supervisory experience leading inbound/inside sales teams
Proven success leveraging technology (CRM, analytics, AI‑enabled tools) to improve performance
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and embody our core values
Primarily on‑site in Norwood with flexibility for remote work under our hybrid schedule
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer appointments, training, or tradeshows
