Responsibilities

Take the lead in creating and refining cutting-edge manufacturing processes

Utilizing your expertise to program and optimize production efficiency using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software

Work closely with diverse teams, driving initiatives to elevate product quality and streamline operations

Conducting detailed root cause analyses and implementing effective solutions to ensure seamless manufacturing

Uncovering continual improvement opportunities while delivering crucial technical support to our dynamic manufacturing teams

Deciphering and leveraging data insights to fuel ongoing enhancements in our manufacturing methods

Required

Engineering degree from ABET accredited institution (Industrial or Mechanical preferred, Electrical or Chemical accepted)

Proficiency in CAM software and programming languages

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Data and Financial analysis

Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma

Strong software troubleshooting skills

Preferred

Power BI knowledge

Drafting experience (Autodesk)
