Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) assets, such as process guides, smart tips, beacons, and tooltips
Collaborate with functional leads and project stakeholders to transform institutional processes into user-friendly in-app support
Plan and execute phased content rollouts, ensuring alignment with testing cycles, go-live readiness, and quarterly updates
Drive user adoption by integrating OGL content with change management and training frameworks
Provide expertise and deliverables related to content governance, testing procedures, and lifecycle best practices
Utilize client-side scripting and API development to support seamless integration and functionality
Create and manage business requirement documents to ensure alignment with project goals
Work independently in a cross-functional environment to ensure project success
Support configuration management activities to maintain system integrity
Proven experience with Oracle Cloud implementations, particularly in higher education settings
Strong proficiency in Oracle Guided Learning tools, including tagging and content strategy
Background in digital adoption, enterprise software training, or change enablement
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
Expertise in client-side scripting and API development
Familiarity with creating business requirement documents and managing configuration processes
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Experience with Salesforce development is a plus

Required
