Responsibilities

Supporting sourcing efforts for technical roles by identifying and engaging candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels

Screening inbound applicants for qualifications and role alignment

Coordinating interviews, managing scheduling logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams

Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles

Maintaining and updating candidate pipelines and recruiting systems

Contributing to a positive candidate experience by being responsive and professional throughout the process

Assisting in tracking recruiting metrics and preparing reports

Representing Norm AI with professionalism and enthusiasm, supporting employer brand initiatives
