Xtensys is a recently established managed service provider focused on delivering innovative technology solutions to health systems. The Cupid Epic Application Analyst will provide intermediate system-level support for clinical and financial applications, manage projects, and ensure excellent customer service and communication with various departments.

Responsibilities

Comprehensive knowledge of project management concepts and methodology

Able to lead and participate in project planning sessions. Ability to establish project goals, milestones, and procedures. Able to define roles and responsibilities and acquires project resources

Ability to monitor project progress and identify issues and risk. Able to manage projects with varying levels of complexity

Supports, communicates, and incorporates Xtensys Vision and Mission through daily actions and decisions, generates enthusiasm, incorporates vision when planning

Required

Minimum 3 years' experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry

Must have experience with Cupid implementations (1-3 required)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work well in a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback and supporting team goals

Ability to multi-task and complete assigned tasks independently with minimal guidance with close attention to detail, and ability to offer some guidance to other team members

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems and offer solutions

Comprehensive understanding of application support

Ability to serve as a primary resource for at least 1 application module

Ability to gather, translate, and communicate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation

Epic Cupid certification is required
