Responsibilities

Manages, develops, and motivates a team of direct and indirect reports to execute contract requirements on time and on budget

Leads new business growth initiatives

Possesses a strong understanding of Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Modifications & Upgrades, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), and Proposal Management

Communicates clearly with both internal and external senior leadership

Analyzes financial performance, metrics, and trends to formulate strategic business decisions

Develops and maintains strong partnerships with customers, industry partners, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports

Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving

Acts as the initial point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by the team, effectively triaging and de-escalating issues with impacted parties

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals
