Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate audit engagements from planning through completion
Review and supervise assurance teams to ensure quality control standards are met
Collaborate with partners on risk assessment, audit programs, budgeting, and client strategy
Serve as a technical resource, applying GAAP to complex issues and drafting technical memos
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, advising on economic and regulatory risks
Mentor, train, and develop assurance staff and managers through ongoing feedback
Manage engagement economics, billing, and profitability
Contribute to firm policies, procedures, recruiting, and professional development initiatives
Participate in business development and marketing efforts
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in public accounting
CPA required
5+ years of supervising and developing assurance teams
Strong background managing multiple audit engagements simultaneously
Executive presence and comfort serving as a primary client contact
Interest in contributing beyond engagement work (leadership, practice growth, firm initiatives)
