Responsibilities

Contribute to the development, maintenance, and operation on computing systems with the LZ Offline Analysis operations team, including travel to the experimental site or computing facilities as necessary to complete these duties
Analyze data from LZ and participate in leadership activities, e.g., working group convener
Guide graduate students and others to carry out LZ analysis
Prepare results for publication, e.g., serve on or lead paper writing committees and present results at scientific conferences
Carry out R&D towards future projects, as time permits

Required

Ph.D. in experimental physics or related field with demonstrated coursework or research in particle astrophysics
Record of publications throughout career and notable achievements in research
