Responsibilities

Functional Implementation: Perform hands-on configuration and technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for large-scale enterprise clients
Project Execution: Execute critical project tasks and deliverables as defined by the Senior Solution Architect or Program Manager, ensuring timelines and technical standards are met
Payroll Integration: Support large, full-suite implementation projects, with a specific focus on ensuring Employee Central is optimized for complex Payroll interactions
Team Collaboration: Work primarily as a technical resource on an onshore team, supporting the broader project goals through dedicated execution

Required

Proven functional experience implementing Employee Central (EC)
Strong background in Payroll
Understanding of the downstream impacts of EC data on payroll processing
Preference for technical configuration and execution over high-level strategic road mapping or heavy client sales presentations
Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites when necessary
US Citizenship is required due to the regulated nature of our work
Must be able to pass a comprehensive 10-year background check, including financial history
