Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to deliver data-driven solutions
Use a diverse technology stack, including Python, AWS, Spark, and related tools, to analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data
Design, train, evaluate, validate, and deploy machine learning models across the full development lifecycle
Translate complex analytical results into clear insights aligned with business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics) with 5+ years of data analytics experience
Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative focus, plus 3+ years of data analytics experience
PhD in a quantitative discipline
Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to deliver data-driven solutions
Use a diverse technology stack, including Python, AWS, Spark, and related tools, to analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data
Design, train, evaluate, validate, and deploy machine learning models across the full development lifecycle
Translate complex analytical results into clear insights aligned with business objectives
Innovative: Actively explores new technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices, and applies them to real-world problems
Creative: Enjoys solving ambiguous challenges, asking thoughtful questions, and proposing new ideas
Technically strong: Experienced with open-source tools and cloud platforms, with a passion for continuous learning
Statistically grounded: Skilled in model evaluation and validation, with experience across techniques such as classification, clustering, time-series analysis, sentiment analysis, and deep learning
Data-driven: Comfortable working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources and understands the importance of data quality and structure
Preferred
Master's or PhD in a STEM field with relevant data analytics experience
Hands-on experience working with AWS
Experience building production-ready AI or agent-based platforms, including RAG, graph-enhanced systems, or tool-calling integrations
Strong background in advanced model-tuning techniques such as fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, reinforcement learning, or preference optimization
Prior research contributions or publications in AI/ML conferences
