Responsibilities

Workday Recruiting and Candidate Engagement Module Management: Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday’s talent acquisition suite
System and Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize Workday talent acquisition features to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization. Assess and deploy additional platforms to enhance candidate and recruiter experience
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with People Solutions (HR), IT, and business leaders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions
Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports, related to talent acquisition, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Project Management: Lead and manage talent acquisition-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives
User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of talent acquisition features
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all talent acquisition processes align with industry best practices and comply with relevant regulations and standards
Additional Workday HCM Support: As needed, provide support in other functional areas, such as Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HCM, Help or Talent Management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (combination of education, training, and experience may be considered a degree equivalent)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HCM, preferably with a strong focus on Workday talent acquisition modules, including implementation experience
Proficiency in Workday HCM
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
