Responsibilities
Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders in the ERP; ensure approvals, correct coding, and timely issuance to vendors
Source and obtain competitive quotes, evaluate supplier proposals, and maintain up-to-date vendor master records and pricing lists
Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to confirm material requirements, prioritize orders, and track critical lead times
Monitor deliveries, update material status, and manage expediting and shipment tracking to meet project schedules
Reconcile purchase orders with vendor invoices and collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies and support month-end close
Maintain procurement documentation, produce routine reports, and support audits and procurement process improvements
