Responsibilities
Follow established QA processes and implement automated testing across all workstreams to improve efficiency and quality
Own the test strategy, including test planning, execution, and reporting
Design and execute functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing for:
Front-end applications
APIs
Databases
Mobile applications (Android & iOS)
Build and configure CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing in multi-cloud environments
Perform performance and load testing using JMeter
Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks
Create and manage automated test suites using Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber
Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA, and actively participate in defect triage discussions
Troubleshoot issues, debug failures, and apply strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Contribute to continuous improvement by introducing new QA tools, practices, and standards
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Test Automation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong hands-on experience with Java and SQL Server
Proven experience with API testing and backend validation
Experience working in agile, fast-changing project environments
Java, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber
Postman, Rest Assured
SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
JMeter, Appium
Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
JIRA
Quality Engineering best practices
