Responsibilities

Analyze and compare total rewards programs across acquired organizations at the individual level
Review base pay structures, incentive plans, benefits offerings, and other rewards components
Identify risks, gaps, inconsistencies, and cost implications across programs
Support integration planning and transition strategies through detailed analysis and documentation
Collaborate with HR leadership and payroll partners to validate data and assumptions
Deliver clear, actionable insights to support leadership decisions

Required

4 to 7 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics
Strong hands-on experience with employee-level compensation and benefits data
Solid understanding of base pay, incentives, and benefits administration
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HRIS and payroll data
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Excellent communication skills
