Responsibilities

Identify and implement AI and automation use cases across the business
Improve estimating, material takeoffs, and quoting workflows
Apply AI to production, quality, and maintenance processes
Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
Support logistics, inventory, and planning improvements
Build simulations or digital models to support process and facility planning
Evaluate and pilot tools; support vendor selection when needed
Help modernize systems and workflows so data and tools work together

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (required)

Ability to work independently and deliver solutions end-to-end
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
Estimating or material takeoff automation experience
Computer vision or inspection-related applications
Predictive maintenance or reliability analytics
