Responsibilities
Support, maintain, and modernize enterprise BI and analytics platforms
Focus on platform stability, system upgrades, access management, cloud infrastructure support, and ensuring compliance with security and governance standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Manage incidents and change requests
Support business-critical BI applications in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics platforms
4+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, and best practices
Strong experience upgrading and supporting BI platforms such as Tableau, Cognos, Alteryx, Power BI, ThoughtSpot
Proficiency with AWS services: EC2, Route53, ALB, Security Groups
Hands-on experience with SSO, SAML, SSL, IIS, Azure AD, user groups, and roles
Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA for incident, request, and change management
Knowledge of data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, or similar)
Experience with data catalog tools (Collibra, Alation, Informatica EDC, or similar)
Strong understanding of data governance, data classification, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
Ability to install and manage drivers, patches, and system upgrades
Experience troubleshooting access, performance, and platform issues independently
Strong communication skills and ability to work with vendors and offshore teams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Advanced CS degree preferred
