Responsibilities

Develop community master plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including residential layouts, circulation, open space, and amenities

Produce 3D renderings and visualizations that bring neighborhood concepts to life

Support construction documentation, including site plans, grading concepts, and utility layouts

Work closely with outsourced civil engineers to prepare and iterate designs before handoff

Review, redline, and QA third-party drawings to ensure consistency and accuracy

Incorporate feedback from internal teams and align design intent with project goals

Gradually assume increased responsibility for internal drawings and design coordination

Help establish internal standards, workflows, and best practices for civil design

Grow into a more senior design role as the organization expands its in-house capabilities
