Responsibilities

Serves as a subject matter expert for affiliated matters for internal and external stakeholders

Provides consultation for resolution of policy violations that involve students, employees, visitors, guests of the institution and/or applicants

Provides guidance and oversight to university personnel compliance, policies, and procedures

Oversees, develops and participates in activities designed to raise awareness of the law(s) and its purpose

Directs operational activities and staffing resources for compliance implementation, including outreach, support, and/or investigations

Develops and maintains institutional and operating policies and procedures to ensure compliance
