Manage the loan process through the mortgage software system
Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met
Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives
Obtain mortgage loan documentation for clients
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with the Encompass tool
Experience with processing FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans
Preferred
Previous experience with mortgage loan processing
