Responsibilities
Learn and internalize Uber Freight’s mission, product strategy, and customer needs
Assist in defining product requirements and contributing to the product roadmap
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Operations to help deliver impactful product features
Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform product decisions
Help monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and reviews to gain exposure to the full product development lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design, or a related field
Expected graduation in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Passion for technology, logistics, and building customer-centric products
Familiarity with product development concepts and tools (e.g., wireframing, user research, data analysis)
Preferred
Experience or coursework in product management, UX design, or data analysis
Exposure to AI/ML concepts or technologies
Interest in freight, supply chain, or logistics
Self-starter with a bias toward action and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
