Responsibilities
Analyze financial statements to assess historical earnings and recurring profitability
Prepare and support QoE reports that include adjusted EBITDA calculations, revenue normalization, and working capital analysis
Identify and explain non-recurring transactions or accounting anomalies
Assist in drafting executive-level presentations and summaries
Collaborate with senior team members to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights
Support clients through buy-side and sell-side transactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in public accounting, audit, or transaction advisory (Big 4 or Top 200 firm a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge in Word and Excel
Capable of managing multiple projects and communicating complex findings clearly
Capable of working in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
Preferred
CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
Business Valuation experience (highly desirable)
Experience with M&A, valuation, or due diligence engagements is a plus
