Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of project execution for large-scale battery energy storage systems projects
Manage cross-functional teams including Development, Business Management, Procurement, Engineering, and ISC departments
Oversee staff and employee management during field execution phase
Implement comprehensive safety management programs
Handle contract administration and stakeholder management
Execute project management planning, cost management, and time management
Ensure quality control and schedule adherence
Lead commissioning and start-up of energy storage facilities
Establish operations readiness protocols
Serve as primary liaison for public relations and corporate communications
Act as company representative with local, national, and international regulatory agencies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
6-10 years of experience managing large-scale energy or infrastructure projects
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent contract administration and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record managing multi-million dollar projects
Outstanding communication and public relations abilities
Must be available to work on-site in Juno Beach, FL
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience with battery energy storage systems or renewable energy projects
