Responsibilities

Primary focus on billing for 3rd party customers: Weekly/Monthly/Annual Billings across all Fandango businesses: Generate invoices in SAP, and manage invoice distribution to customers' accounts payable systems

Process account adjustments, credit memos, and customer refunds as needed Collections of all

Accounts Receivable, tracking of A/R Aging – partner with internal departments and customers

Cash Application for payments

Serve as point of contact for all customers for set-up, payment inquiries: New Customer setup and maintenance in SAP Organize and maintain monthly accounting records for Accounts Receivables: Post daily bank deposits to customer accounts in SAP

Research and resolve any customer invoice and payment discrepancies

Bad Debt Reserve Analysis: track bad debt on a quarterly basis

Responsible for the month-end close process for A/R, including preparing and posting journal entries

Support the month-end close process for Promo business, including preparing and posting journal entries

Complete ad-hoc analysis as directed by Promo Controller and Manager

Complete month-end account reconciliations, preparation and review, on a timely basis

Responsible for data requests from various departments, including FP&A, Promo Operations

Provide testing documents and other requests for external and internal audits as required

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Complete ongoing accounting projects to build efficiencies and automation

Other various special projects and analysis, as assigned
