Responsibilities

Responsible for driving the product strategy & operations for the Film/TV vertical entertainment, supporting (film/TV) publishers/rightsholders' promotions, analytics, content growth, copyright protection needs at TikTok
Design and execute product and business goals and operational strategies, on the basis of understanding entertainment publishers, and TikTok content ecosystem
Conduct research on entertainment industries worldwide to discover new opportunities
Collaborate closely with Product, Partnerships, Data and Legal teams to drive our success

Required

Bachelor and above, use English as a working language
3 years or above working experience at a major company in the entertainment industry, internet content platform, technology company or consulting company
Working experience in digital tech products and/or film & TV copyright management/licensing
Strong data analysis, strategy, and logical thinking skills, able to understand complicated situations, define key problems and develop approaches and cross-functional operational workstreams to solve problems and achieve goals
Good at cross-cultural understanding, communication, coordination and pushing initiatives forward and proactively, result-oriented
Have empathy for users, being able to deeply understand creator's demands

Preferred

Proficiency in using Chinese as working language as the role will have some collaboration with local and global teams, including teams based in China where Chinese will be used in daily work
Overseas working experience and marketing experience is a plus
MBA is a plus
