The role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting tool alarms, and collaborating with engineering to improve manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Perform Preventative Maintenance in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures

Troubleshoot tool alarms to root cause and work with team member to develop recovery plans

Work with the Process Technician team to maximize tool uptime

Work with Engineering to develop and execute Pre Task Plans to recover tool abnormalities

Work with Engineering to identify and implement improvement projects that positively impact department metrics

Qualification

CMP Semiconductor experiencePreventative MaintenanceTroubleshootingTeam collaborationDocumentation skills

Required

2 year college degree or technical degree (Associates degree or equivalent related Military experience)

5-10 years of related experience

Compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines

Preferred

CMP Semiconductor or high volume manufacturing experience
