Senior Workday HCM Analyst – Compensation & Engagement

Responsibilities
Workday Compensation Module Management: Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday’s Compensation module, including core compensation, merit and promotion processes, one-time payments and variable pay
Employee Engagement Process Management: Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday and additional platforms to support employee engagement, including new hire surveys, exit surveys, annual engagement surveys and pulse surveys
Employment Practices Support: Continuous evaluation and optimization of Workday to support CLA’s employment practices and compliance teams
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with People Solutions (HR), IT, and business leaders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions
Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports, related to compensation, engagement and employment practices, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Project Management: Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives
User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of HCM features
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all processes align with industry best practices and comply with relevant regulations and standards
Additional Workday HCM Support: As needed, provide support in other functional areas, such as Absence, Benefits, Help, Talent Acquisition or Talent Management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (combination of education, training, and experience may be considered a degree equivalent)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HCM, preferably with a strong focus on Workday compensation and/or employee engagement modules, including implementation experience
Proficiency in Workday HCM
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
