Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys applications and integrations
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Conduct testing and validation of Genesys applications to ensure functionality and performance
Provide training and support to end-users on Genesys applications and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in Genesys development, including hands-on experience with Genesys applications
Strong understanding of contact center operations and workflows
Preferred
Genesys
Experience with telephony systems and integrations
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or C#
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
