Responsibilities

Assist in gathering learning needs and supporting the design of learning solutions aligned with business goals and learner profiles

Apply instructional design principles to develop digital, blended, and instructor-led learning materials

Create and design all modalities, from videos to job aids to learning experience conferences

Assist in collecting and analyzing data to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements

Apply User Experience (UX)/User Interface (UI) and accessibility standards to learning content

Stay informed about and utilize emerging tools and trends in learning design and technology

Utilize AI tools in content creation

Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and team members to design learning content

Coordinate project tasks, track timelines, and communicate progress to ensure deliverables are met

Required

2 years' relevant experience required

A bachelor's degree is required

Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile), assessment and evaluation design

Familiarity with eLearning and video authoring tools is required (e.g., Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Clipchamp)

Preferred

An advanced degree in instructional design or related field is a plus
