Responsibilities
Set up new items, SKUs, and product attributes with accuracy in merchandising systems
Track samples, organize product information, and support photo shoots and marketing needs
Assist in managing purchase orders, delivery timelines, and product flow
Communicate regularly with vendors to ensure product information, samples, and orders are accurate and timely
Prepare materials for vendor meetings and line reviews
Support cross-functional partners in Planning, Product Development, Marketing, and Site Experience
Pull and analyze weekly sales, inventory, and margin reports to identify risks and opportunities
Track promotional and markdown execution
Share competitive and fan insights with the team to strengthen category strategy
Provide critical operational support to Associate Buyers and Buyers
Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and curiosity
Embody Fanatics’ BOLD Leadership Principles daily
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, eCommerce, or related field
Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Comfort with Excel and merchandising systems; eager to learn financial metrics
Curiosity about product, fans, and sports culture
Team-first mindset and desire to grow into a merchandising leader
