Responsibilities

Follow established QA processes and drive automation-first testing strategies across all workstreams to improve testing efficiency and quality
Own the overall test strategy, including test planning, design, execution, and reporting
Execute and certify: Front-end applications, APIs and backend services, Databases, Mobile applications (Android and iOS)
Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools
Develop and configure CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing in multi-cloud environments
Perform performance and load testing using JMeter and analyze system behavior under stress
Actively participate in defect triage meetings, ensuring clear root cause analysis and resolution tracking
Utilize JIRA and other defect tracking tools to manage test execution and defect lifecycle
Debug complex issues across application layers with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Contribute to continuous improvement by introducing new QA practices, tools, and testing methodologies
Collaborate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments to meet evolving project needs

Required

7+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong experience in Java-based automation and database validation
Proven expertise in end-to-end, integration, regression, and performance testing
Hands-on experience leading or influencing QA best practices within delivery teams
Java, SQL Server
Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber
Postman, Rest Assured
