Responsibilities

Provide support to the sales team by monitoring receivables, payables, box office activity, and daily administrative procedures
Offer sales assistance through the oversight of exhibitor show times and ticket pricing
Contribute to box office data analysis to identify trends and generate insights for ongoing and future releases
Undertake territory-specific responsibilities and participate in special projects as assigned
Assist with sales and collections tasks
Aid the Sales team in entering and analyzing flash grosses, box office reports, and accounts receivable records
Monitor overall industry performance; compile relevant reports and summaries for internal stakeholders
Facilitate meeting organization and provide administrative support, including preparing agendas, processing expense reports, and maintaining documentation
Observe team members to gain insight into distribution workflows and industry standards

Required

Able to quickly learn both our studio data systems (Ensemble and TVM) and external platforms like ComScore, Webedia, and EntTelligence
Skilled at maintaining professionalism when negotiating and working under tight deadlines
Experienced in collaborating with teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient at researching and using various tools to gather information and present results
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Must provide full work availability from June through August 2026
Must provide own housing and transportation, position is located in Burbank, CA

Preferred

Passionate about entertainment and interested in film distribution
Experience in entertainment or media
Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Business, Analytics, Film, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
