Responsibilities
Complete 100% dis-assembly of vehicle to help collision writers assess damages and make a Repair Plan
Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time
Check and confirm new parts for accuracy when parts arrive
Follow Repair Plan: Complete and review work order for all operations listed
Complete all repair procedures and ensure quality for both structural and cosmetic repairs that are needed
Cosmetic straightening of body panels
Follow shop safety rules and guidelines
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience as a collision technician
Ability to complete 100% dis-assembly of vehicle
Skill in assessing damages and making a Repair Plan
Ability to ensure all needed repairs are identified
Capability to check and confirm new parts for accuracy
Ability to follow Repair Plan and complete work orders
Skill in completing all repair procedures for structural and cosmetic repairs
Experience in cosmetic straightening of body panels
Knowledge of shop safety rules and guidelines
