Responsibilities

Conduct bottom-up fundamental stock selection, driven by proprietary research

Identify, analyze, and make investment cases

Monitor and manage equity securities that align with the investment goals

Work closely with fellow analysts, portfolio managers, and the CIO

Required

At least 7+ years of relevant work experience (sell side research, buy side research, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, tech engineering)

At least 5 years of buy-side technology sector investing in emerging / international markets

Effective oral and written communication skills to clearly articulate and debate an investment thesis and ability to interact with senior management of companies in coverage area

Strong foundation in fundamental research to identify factors such as competitive advantage, strategic inflection points or disruptive developments as well as the ability to synthesize and articulate these fundamental characteristics both qualitatively and quantitively

Bachelor or Master's degree

Preferred

Experience in emerging markets and value investing

MBA and/or CFA a plus
